Acceptance of terms

By using the Kreations website, placing an order, or submitting a custom request, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Who is the seller

Kreations (Kreations - Airbrush & Henna Tattoos) is the seller responsible for the products and services offered on this site, and for fulfilling orders. We are based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. Shop address: 2202 Atlantic Ave, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.

What we sell

We sell hand-painted airbrush apparel. Ready-made designs can be paid in full online. We also take custom airbrush and henna requests. Custom work is quoted separately and paid outside the instant checkout flow (for example by Square invoice after we confirm details).

Every apparel piece is hand-painted to order. Small variations in paint, placement, and finish are part of handmade work.

Ordering and pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. By placing a ready-made order you agree to pay the total charged at checkout (including tax and any shipping). Custom requests are not charged online on this site until we quote you and you accept.

We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it as described, if information is incomplete, or if payment cannot be completed.

Payments

Online card payments for ready-made orders are processed by Square. Kreations does not store or process card numbers on this website.

Shipping and pickup

You may choose shipping or in-shop pickup when offered at checkout. Turnaround for hand-painted work is typically about 7-10 business days after we confirm the order, unless we tell you otherwise. Shipping times after handoff to a carrier vary.

All sales final

Because every piece is custom hand-painted to order, all sales are final. There are no returns and no exchanges. Full details are in our Refund / Return Policy.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the site, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Handmade items may vary. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kreations and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or from any product or service. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Some places do not allow certain limitations. If those rules apply to you, some of the above may not apply in full.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and original Kreations artwork belong to Kreations or its licensors. By uploading a reference for a custom piece, you confirm you have the right to use it and you give us permission to paint it on your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Virginia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site, except where prohibited by law.
