All sales final. No returns. No exchanges.
Kreations (Kreations - Airbrush & Henna Tattoos) hand-paints every piece to order. Once we paint your design, we cannot restock or resell that item. For that reason we do not accept returns or exchanges on ready-made designs or custom work.
Why sales are final
Each order is made for you: your size, your name or design, and hand-painted artwork. Custom airbrush and henna requests are quoted separately and follow the same final-sale approach once production starts.
If something goes wrong on our end
If your item arrives damaged in shipping, or we made a clear error (wrong design, wrong size we confirmed, or a production mistake), contact us within 3 days of delivery (or of pickup notice for in-shop pickup). Include your order number and photos when you can.
We will review the issue and work to make it right at our discretion (for example a repair, remake, or other fair fix). This does not change our no-returns, no-exchanges policy for change-of-mind, fit preference, or color preference after hand-painting.
