FAQ
Materials, care, custom process, henna aftercare, sizing, and more.
We paint on quality cotton tees, heavyweight hoodies, tanks, onesies, and select accessories. Airbrush paints are fabric-safe and heat-set. Henna uses natural paste, not permanent ink.
Turn garments inside out, wash cold on gentle, and hang dry or tumble low. Avoid bleach and high heat so the hand-painted art stays vibrant.
Ready-made and custom apparel usually ships in 7-10 business days after confirmation. Henna appointments and event work are scheduled separately.
Describe your design, upload a reference if you have one, and choose garment and size. We confirm details and pricing, then hand-paint and ship. Custom orders are request-only online. We send a Square invoice after we quote.
Henna stains usually last 1-3 weeks, depending on skin type and aftercare. Keep the paste on as long as possible, avoid water for the first several hours after removal, and moisturize to deepen the stain.
All sales final. No returns or exchanges. Each piece is hand-painted to order. If an item arrives damaged or we made an error, contact us within 3 days with your order number and photos and we will work to make it right.
Check our Size Guide for Baby, Youth, and Adult (S-5X). There is no adult XS. If you like a relaxed fit, size up.
Garments are white only. Airbrush paint colors are chosen for the design. See the paint color chart on the Custom Order page.
